5 years and 5 months
Michael turned 5 on Tuesday and we celebrated his birthday at the Incredible Pizza Company with 11 of his friends. The next day Michael told me he could do so many new things now that he is 5 such as jump higher and hang upside down on the monkey bars (which he calls "freestyling").
Tomorrow Noah turns 5 months. He has been teething for the past couple of weeks. His 2 bottom teeth are coming in and it's been making him a little fussy. Of course he is happy as can be when his big brother plays with him. I'm actually a little jealous! Michael has the magic touch and Noah just adores him. Noah is also rolling over onto his belly. He did once when he was just 3 months but started to roll over regularly a couple of weeks ago. Now when you place him on his back he rolls over immediately. I'm curious to see when he'll start crawling because Noah has learned to lift his bottom up and use his legs to push himself forward.
Both Jeff and I are doing fine. We can also jump really high and roll over.
All I have to say about the dog right now is that she's big and matches Michael in energy level and that I'll be a happier person once the puppy stage is over.

New pictures have finally arrived!
It's been nearly 2 months since we've added anything to the blog. Needless to say, we've been very busy. Michael is now a yellow belt in taekwondo and is done with t-ball for the summer. Noah started daycare this past Tuesday which means that I am finally back at work, and Jeff has been busy with work and baseball. He was 5 for 6 with 10 RBIs in the last game!
Here are a few pics and videos from the last couple of months. Enjoy!

Noah's first trip home
Last Friday Michael, Noah and I flew to Green Bay and spent a few days visiting family and friends. Both boys were perfect travelers! Noah slept most of the time and Michael enjoyed our lay-overs meeting new friends. He told everyone about how he has family in Green Bay and that we live in Texas. When we arrived on Friday Amy, Anna, Ava, Grandma Dawn and Grandpa Jim were at the airport to greet us. We spent Friday at Mom and Dad's house catching up. On Saturday we went to Aunt Amy's house to see the rest of the fam and friends and on Sunday we went to visit Grandma Iris at her new apartment and Grandpa Louie who is recovering from an illness at a nursing home. It was hard to leave on Monday, but thankfully we'll get to go back in August.

Noah had his 2 month well-baby check on Tuesday. He is 10lbs, 14oz and 21.75 inches long. He's still little (25% for weight and 10% for height) but he's growing well considering that he was in the 5th percentile at birth.
We registered Michael for kindergarten last week. He's pretty excited about it and it seems like a nice school. The teachers were very nice, too. It will be hard to beat the Montessori Schoolhouse, though. We're so happy that Michael was able to spend 2 years there. I can't say enough good things about it!
Michael, Noah and I are getting excited for our upcoming trip to Green Bay! It will be an interesting experience traveling alone with the boys, but it's worth it. I can't wait to show both of them off to everyone!
