Noah's 1st Birthday Party

Yesterday we had a little party for Noah's 1st birthday. The guests included Amy and Ben Sikel, Kristen, Julio and Ariana Ballesteros, Myra and Monica Carrizales and Liz, AJ, Zak and Samantha Garza. Noah had his very own birthday cake and enjoyed playing with it. I think he may have taken a bite or two, but the best part to him seemed to be mushing the frosting all over. Thanks, everyone, for helping us celebrate Noah's 1st birthday!!!

Happy 1st Birthday to Noah!

Noah turned 1 on February 1st. He shares a birthday with his Grandma Dawn and Great Grandma Marge. To celebrate Noah's birthday Jeff, Michael and I went to Chuck E. Cheese which was suggested by Michael, of course. Noah had lots of fun, especially in the toddler zone where he enjoyed crawling up steps and going down a slide all by himself. While we were at Chuck E. Cheese 3 people asked how old "she" was. I guess he won't be wearing this outfit anymore...

Look at me...I'm walking! Noah started walking in early January - around 11 1/2 months.

Instructions on how to get to our Christmas photos

I accidentally put a link to our photobucket account, which has all of our Christmas photos as well as a bunch of other ones, instead of putting each photo on the blog. So, to get to the Christmas photos click on the 2nd speed stacks picture. This should take you to our photobucket account where you can see all of the pics.

Has it really been 2 months since I've published new photos of the boys? Michael and Noah are doing well. Noah is crawling all over the place and has even stood up on his own a few times already. Michael is doing ok, too. He's especially excited about the fact that he's on Thanksgiving break for the entire week. Last Friday we took him roller skating to celebrate having a whole week of being "green" at school. This was his first time having 5 green days in a row so it was a really big deal. At Michael's school you get a color coded card at the end of the day and green is the best. Yea Michael!

We all went to Green Bay to say goodbye to Grandma Iris who we're going to miss very much. Although it was sad, we were lucky to get to spend a lot of time with the rest of the family. Here are a few choice pics.

Ava, Anna, Noah and Michael with Uncle Jeff.

Ava and Anna are preparing for their future in the music industry.
After, they take time to hang with a fan.

Over Labor Day weekend Jeff, Michael, Noah and I went to Dallas to visit the Grubers. We had a great time. We went boating one day and then to the waterpark the next. We also went to the Stockyards for dinner one night.

"Why, Daddy?"

Proof that Michael actually does sleep.
Brianna, Brendan and Noah enjoy the day at the waterpark.

"Let me out!!"
